About Me
I’m an Australian paper artist and the founder of Fine Paper Art, established in 2010.
I discovered paper quilling in 2009 and was immediately drawn to the precision and sculptural detail the medium allows. What began as fascination quickly became a professional practice — one built on patience, craftsmanship, and creative freedom.
After exploring other art forms for a period, I returned to paper with complete clarity: this is the work I’m meant to create. With quilling, I control every element — every line, every layer, every detail — allowing me to produce artworks that are intricate, dimensional, and deeply personal.
Today, I create framed statement pieces, sculptural works, art cards, commissions, and detailed miniature paper creations from my studio in Queensland, Australia.
My goal is simple: to create art you never imagined possible from paper — and to deliver it with the professionalism and care you deserve.
And yes, I’m supported daily by my loyal “studio team” — Lexi and Buddy— who keep things grounded (and occasionally tidy up stray paper scraps).
Meet the Studio Assistants
Long creative days in the studio wouldn’t be the same without Buddy and Lexi.
Buddy keeps my legs warm during detailed work sessions, and Lexi ensures any stray paper strips don’t stay on the floor for long.
Every studio needs a team — even if mine has four legs.
