Fine Paper Art Policies 

Original Artwork Policy

  • I retain the ownership of all reproduction rights to any and all artwork I create including custom pieces. Self portraits of yourself or your animal  will not be reproduced in any way without your permission.

  • I may choose to create limited edition prints of the original art piece you have ordered / purchased.

  • I may choose to use the original art pieces photos to put on merchandise.

Payment options

  • Most credit/debit cards accepted.

  • Buy now, Pay later: Paypal and Afterpay available. Pay in 4 easy instalments with these services.

  • Bank Transfer: If you'd like to pay via bank transfer, select "Manual Payment" at checkout and you will get my bank details. Please use your name as reference.

  • Laybuy: If PayPal and Afterpay instalments are not within your budget, Please message me! Don't give up. I offer offline Laybuy. This allows you to choose the amount you can afford to pay weekly or fortnightly. You can also choose how you would like to pay (Paypal, bank transfer, etc). Once an arrangement has been made I will send you recurring invoices via email at the agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly). Once the final invoice has been made, I send you your new art piece! If you need to cancel the Laybuy, you can do that. You will receive all money paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 20% of the total cost of the item you were going to purchase.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns/Exchanges

  • Shipping: I am based in QLD, Australia and all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Free postage within Australia for all purchases over $100. I chose this setting as to make a $15 greeting card I get about $1 an hour for my time after taking out the cost of supplies and postage. 

  • Multiple purchases: As a lot of my products are fragile and easily broken if not packaged properly, they cannot be sent in the same box. You will pay individual postage on each item.

  • Tracking information will be sent to you immediately after dispatch so you can monitor the progress. There is no tracking info for greeting cards within Australia as it is sent as a letter to keep costs down for you.

  • International Customers: Postage is calculated by weight of the item and will be shown at checkout.

  • Local Pickup: Available from the Gold Coast. You can choose this option at checkout. An email will be sent out to you when your purchase is ready for collection. You may phone or text me on 0409 274 353 if you have any questions.

  • Dispatch timeframe: All items (except Made to Order items) will be dispatched 1-3 days after purchase.

  • International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. If these extra charges are imposed, these are the buyers responsibility. Please check with the customs office in your country to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to buying. UK and Europe customers may need to pay VAT before receiving your item (usually 20% of the product). Please be prepared to do this when purchasing from me.

  • Returns/Exchanges: No returns or exchanges accepted. If your item was damaged in transit to you, please send me a photo of the damage and I will work with you to solve the problem. If you're unhappy with your order please contact me and I will do my best to help you.  

    • Made to Order/Custom order pieces: Refunds are available up to 7 days after purchase UNLESS I have already started your order. If I have started your order, there is no refund. Please make sure you are happy with your order before purchase.​

Made to Order Policy

With Made to Order or Custom Orders, I cannot guarantee a specific timeframe as to when you item will be started or finished. However, I will send you updates as I progress through my orders, if I have any at the time.

Please do not purchase a Made to Order/Custom Order piece unless you're prepared to wait. 

Refunds are available up to 7 days after purchase UNLESS I have already started your order. If I have started your order, there is no refund. Please make sure you are happy with your order before purchase.​
