Credit/Debit Cards:   Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Buy Now, Pay Later:   PayPal and Afterpay are available. Eligible purchases can be paid in 4 instalments through these providers.

 

Bank Transfer:  To pay via bank transfer, select “Manual Payment” at checkout. Bank details will be provided after purchase. PayID is also available. Please use your name as the payment reference.

Flexible Payment Plans:   

Flexible payment plans are available upon agreement.

The agreed repayment amount and payment frequency (weekly or fortnightly) will be confirmed prior to commencement.

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time. Reminder notices are not guaranteed.

If a payment cannot be made, notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the due date.

If two consecutive payments are missed without prior notice, the payment plan may be cancelled.

Payments made under a personalised payment plan are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or default.

Layby Cancellation Policy:   Layby arrangements are considered a binding purchase agreement.

Payments made toward a layby are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to complete the agreed repayment schedule.

For made-to-order or custom pieces, payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.
