Shipping Artwork: I am based in QLD, Australia and all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Postage cost depends on size and weight. Final postage cost is calculated at checkout. Free postage within Australia for all purchases over $100.

Shipping for Dollhouse items: Dollhouse and miniature items are shipped via Australia Post flat rate satchels where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and packaging requirements.

Delivery Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Merchandise Shipping: Some merchandise items are produced and shipped by our third-party fulfilment partner, Printful and Printify.
These items may be shipped via carriers such as USPS, UPS, Australia Post, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post or Royal Mail, depending on your location.
Production and delivery timeframes vary by product and destination. Estimated dispatch and shipping times are provided on the relevant product page.

Multiple purchases: Due to the fragile nature of many items, products may need to be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Individual shipping charges may apply.

Tracking information: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Greeting cards sent within Australia are posted as standard letter mail and do not include tracking.

International Customers: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and will be displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available from the Gold Coast, Queensland. Select this option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. For enquiries, contact 0409 274 353.

Dispatch timeframe: All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Made-to-order items are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for information about potential additional costs. Customers in the UK and Europe may be required to pay VAT prior to delivery.

Returns/Exchanges:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist.

Refunds are not available for:
• Incorrect size selection where measurements are clearly provided
• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer for custom items
• Minor colour variations due to screen or monitor differences

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in secure packaging to prevent further damage during transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Made to Order/Custom order pieces:

Refunds for made-to-order or custom pieces are available within 7 days of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced.

Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.
