Original Artwork Policy

• All artwork created by Fine Paper Art remains the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction rights to all original and custom pieces are retained.

• Custom portraits of individuals or animals will not be reproduced without the client’s permission.

• Fine Paper Art reserves the right to create limited edition prints of original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Images of completed artwork may be used for promotional purposes, including website, social media and merchandise.

Made to Order & Custom Orders Policy

For made-to-order or custom pieces, a specific start or completion timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Production times may vary depending on current workload. Updates will be provided as work progresses where applicable.

Please only place a made-to-order or custom order if you are comfortable with variable production timeframes.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided production has not yet commenced.

Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.

For custom-sized dollhouse items, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all supplied measurements are accurate. Items are produced according to the measurements provided at the time of order. Refunds or exchanges are not available where fit issues result from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
